Beth is a dedicated Realtor with Sherlock Homes Realty. Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, she loved spending time in Meigs County, Ohio, where her father was born. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mathematics from West Virginia University.

After teaching math for 30 years at a community college in Oceanside, California, Beth obtained her Ohio real estate salesperson's license to continue her work in a helping profession and began assisting buyers and sellers of real estate achieve their goals. 

After retiring from her career in education, Beth returned to her Appalachian roots and purchased a Gallipolis home listed by Sherlock Homes Realty and chose her (now) supervising broker for representation for that purchase. She was so inspired by the exceptional guidance she received during that transaction that she decided to become a Sherlock Homes Realty salesperson and now wants to help others achieve their dreams of finding a home or piece of land they can truly call their own.
